Big Bang - Flower Road
It’s been awhile since we heard from super group Big Bang, but it’s always a treat when we get new music from them. Written by G.D. and T.O.P, “Flower Road” was recorded during the time the boys were working on their album, Made. The concept is simple and direct - the boys, with their military enlistment looming, wrote a song telling their fans to wait for them if they can. They will always be there for them in their music until they can actually return as five.
The composition of this song is pleasingly stripped down, with the instrumental composed mostly of a single guitar, picking up slightly in the chorus with some electro-pop beats. The vocalists alternate with the rap line, bouncing back and forth from verse to chorus to verse again. The song is warm and hopeful. With G.D, Taeyang, Daesung, and T.O.P all serving their mandatory military enlistment and Seungri set to serve later in 2018, "Flower Road" couldn't come at a better time. It is a wonderful gift to VIPs. As Big Bang sings, “I’ll make a flower road and prepare it for you, so wait for me at that place,” it’s comforting to know that their hiatus is only temporary.

BSS - Just Do It
I literally can’t stop watching or listening to this song. Three members of Seventeen, Hoshi, DK and Seungkwan, have officially debuted as BSS (a reference to their birthnames), marking the first official subunit of the 13 member group. "Just Do It" is so upbeat and so catchy and so energetically performed, it’s hard NOT to like it.
The boys, as usual, bring it with their dance moves, mixing in everything from popular meme dances to some very literal moves that mimic the lyrics. The song is confident, bragging about succeeding by acting without any hesitation. The boys perform in some dapper suits, looking every bit the success that they are.
If you want a laugh, keep your eyes on the backup dancers. They might be more into the song than BSS!

Hanhae - In My Dream (feat. Gaeko)
Hanhae started in 2011 as a member of BrandNew Music’s hip-hop trio, Phantom. He dropped his first solo album in 2015 and has since released over a dozen collaborations over the course of three years, including his stint on three seasons of rap competition shows. His new Organic Life EP includes six tracks and features Reddy, NO:EL, eSNa, Gaeko, and HANI of EXID.
The title track “In My Dream” is an apologetic love song, and the visuals follow different landscapes of a relationship. The lyrics and the scenes depict the dreamlike bliss between two people, but the constant frames of lonely landscapes insist the only thing that’s real is the inevitable separation. Hanhae’s unique flow and Gaeko’s unexpected vocals against the chill beat make a for a great moody experience.

Yeseo - Privacy
Yeseo is an underground indie electronic r&b artist on the cusp of blowing up. She writes, produces, mixes and masters all of her original tracks. She recently landed her single “Privacy” on SM Station on March 16th. With airy vocals and a bouncy synth backing beat, “Privacy” sings of needing privacy in the nosy world we live in. Yeseo has a dreamy voice and an ear for what works in a song. With her talents, it’s only a matter of time before she hits it big. Check out her Soundcloud for more tracks like this!
